Celestial Seasonings was sold for $390 MM to Hain. Michael was VP / GM of the Mass Channels and Commercial Operations. Michael led the efforts at Walmart which was a major step change that propelled the company's sales and EBITDA.

Avalon Naturals that was sold for $124MM to Hain Celestial in 2007. Avalon sold at 3 X sales and 12 x EBITDA. Michael was Sr. VP of Sales for North America. Nathalie was Director of Sales Planning at Avalon Organics. The sales doubled in size from 2003 to 2006, both on increased distribution in the natural channel and expansion outside of the channel into mass channels.
Michael became EVP of Sales & Marketing for the Hain Celestial Group and integrated together the Jason and Avalon Naturals sales teams into the Hain Celestial Personal Care Group. Nathalie was promoted to Sr. Director of Sales Planning for the Hain Celestial Group and managed all trade spending programs.

Andalou Naturals was sold for $84MM to BWX LTD in 2017. Andalou sold at 2-1/2 X sales and 12 x EBITDA. Michael was Sr. VP of Sales for Andalou Naturals. Nathalie was the Sr. Director of Sales and Trade Planning at Andalou Naturals. Andalou Naturals Sales grew from $5MM in 2011 to $40 MM in 2017. Michael lead the efforts at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Target and Ulta.
Michael became the Sr. VP of Sales for BWX LTD US and Canada and integrated together the Mineral Fusion, Sukin and Andalou sales into the BWX sales team. Nathalie became the Sr. Director of Sales and Trade Planning for BWX. Nathalie managed all trade spending and relationships with distributors.
